A little exercise never hurt anyone & it has a lot of health benefits. It’s possible to have fun while moving your body!

Snowman building- 250 calories burned/hour

Snow shoveling- 400 calories burned/hour

Ice skating- 300 calories burned/hour

Skiing- 476 calories burned/hour

Snowboarding- 476 calories burned/hour

Sledding- 420 calories burned/hour

Snow Shoeing- 544 calories burned/hour

Wood chopping- 300 calories burned/30 minutes

Playing board games indoors- 68 calories burned/hour

Making snow angels/Having a snowball fight-endless fun!
