A little exercise never hurt anyone & it has a lot of health benefits. It’s possible to have fun while moving your body!

Hanging laundry on a clothes line- 130 calories burned/hour

Rearranging furniture- 435 calories burned/hour

Biking- 385 calories burned/hour

Hiking- 390 calories burned/hour

Pilates- 218 calories burned/hour

Tai chi- 280 calories burned/hour

Yoga- 230 calories burned/hour

Planting a tree-114 calories burned/30 minutes

Gardening- 368 calories burned/hour

Bird watching/Cloud gazing- endless fun!
