Decide What You Want Most

That definition of discipline can be applied to many challenges that life brings. Trying to stay on track with a weight loss program? Give up a bad smoking habit? Or even just stay focused on your work tasks for the day ahead? Sometimes we all just need a reminder that you have to look at the big picture and your goals ahead. It’s a realization that you’re not really giving anything up, you’re just creating the space for all the things you really want to fill up your life.

Decide what you want most. Be determined about it. Be disciplined to get you there!
