YVONNE MCKENNA: Director in Homosassa, Florida

“Yvonne is a 3^rd generation Shaklee Baby. She grew up learning about health by listening to her Grandmother, Harriett Smith of Espanola, New Mexico, teaching others how to live longer, happier, and healthier lives through Shaklee and good nutrition. When she became a victim of domestic violence in a marriage that lasted almost 20 years, her knowledge of good nutrition helped her to keep herself and her children healthy.

In December of 2012, she filed for divorce and restarted her life. But, the years of stress were quickly wearing her down. At 40 years old, she started losing her hair and had very little energy. She knew she had to do something about it, and she knew Shaklee was the answer. In January of 2016, with the help of her mother, Yvonne Smith, and her wonderfully supportive uplines, Elena Giacomin-Dennis and Sharon Lauber, she started her own Shaklee business in the memory of her Grandmother. It took six months of work and dedication for her to achieve the rank of Director and she is now qualified to attend the New Directors Conference.

Through Shaklee, she has shared good health with many of the women in her Tribal BellyDance Group, DanceCraft. Her focus is to help others with a passion in life, to do what they love for as long as they want, NOT as long as they can.”

Yvonne is not just a survivor, she is a thriver! And also an example of how Shaklee influences generations. She is such a beautiful role model (and dancer) for pushing through adversity to realize your dreams. She has now achieved the first business leader rank, which we know is only just the beginning for her.
