RACHEL TERRACINO: Director in Temecula, California

“I am a third generation Shaklee user, but the first in my family to embrace Shaklee for all that it offers, including the amazing business opportunity. I used Shaklee products occasionally during my childhood but after the birth of my daughter and the desire to be a stay at home mom, the Shaklee opportunity became my hope that one day, that dream could be a reality.

Right away, I started using the Get Clean line and launched my brand name, Eco-licious Mama, which grew into a huge passion of helping other moms and women create healthier homes for their families. I became a Fast Track Director and my team grew quickly with other moms coming on board who had a similar vision.

Then two years ago with the birth of my son, I took time off from actively growing my business. I got to see what an incredible blessing residual income is it gave me an opportunity to reflect on what was working in my business and what wasn’t. Since recommitting to the business, I have been putting more of my efforts into personal growth, learning what it means to truly give and encourage others through this business without wondering if it will turn into a sale. It was wonderful to have a large member and distributor base, but I was missing the follow through, the diligence, and the systems to truly be effective, which was a huge hindrance for my growth.

Now, I have been focusing on the quality of service I provide each person as opposed to the quantity of people that I bring in and being faithful with what I have right now. My business is much more rewarding, I am building much deeper relationships with everyone in my organization and we have added 3 new distributors to our team within the last 30 days and have gotten many referrals. I have also had the opportunity to work with the Shaklee Home Office to create the Shakleekids Power Pack, that recently launched, which was based off of an idea that my team put together to have a Healthy Kids Welcome Packet.

Currently, my team is going through the newly redeveloped Shaklee University modules together and have created a 6 part series, called The Real Housewives of Shaklee, that incorporates how we use Shaklee in our daily lives with the Health Chats that Shaklee has provided for us so we can easily invite people to learn more about all that Shaklee has to offer.”

Rachel is proof that some of the best ideas come from the Field and from YOU! Her focus on helping parents help their own children first led to a bright idea and her ingenuity did not go unnoticed by the Corporation. We all have Rachel to thank for enhancing the Shakleekids offerings.
