“Shaklee has been an integral part of my life for 40 years. At age 27 with a 2 month old baby I was invited to the home of Jack and Vera Thomas where I heard about the exciting health results with Shaklee products as well as the amazing opportunity. At that time we began with the 5 basic nutritional products, Alfalfa, Vita Lea, Vita C, Herb Lax and Energizing Soy Protein–and of course, Basic H. Just changing brands I noticed a remarkable difference in my health.  My second and third babies were more content and I lost my pregnancy weight with Shaklee’s weight loss program. We Shaklee-ized our home with cleaners, personal care, and nutritional products. We began to invite others to the weekly Thomas meetings as well as into our own home to hear about Shaklee.

Moves and changes in our family meant our business went through some ups and downs, but in 1996 we achieved business leader status and received a free trip to San Francisco. No matter what our situation we continued to use and share the Shaklee products and because of the quality of the products we still have customers who began with us all those 40 years ago.

My daughter Jenny was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the age of 16 and a year later with Lyme disease.  With Vera’s help, visits to an alternative doctor and Shaklee supplements she is doing well today.  Visiting my youngest daughter’s college in Costa Mesa, California, Pat Ewing took time out of her day to meet me and share a book on Fibromyalgia.  Shaklee is truly a family where people care about others!  Jenny was told she would not have children and yet she now has a 2 year old, Logan, in the picture with me and now Logan has a little sister, Chloe, just a month old, so we are now 3 Shaklee generations strong.  We are so thankful for the Shaklee family encouragement and the quality products, which have seen us through many health and financial challenges.

In the past 4 years my business has expanded to take on additional committed Shaklee users as our beloved upline, Jack and Vera, have gone on to be with the Lord. I was able to retire from my position with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and replace that paycheck with my Shaklee income.  I am blessed to see a consistent high volume in our group, increasing over 22% over the past 3 years. Many order direct, but I still personally service a large number of faithful users—including some still healthy at 80 and 90 years of age, and one special lady celebrated her 100^th birthday this summer.  I have truly been blessed to know about Shaklee and be a part of this wonderful family for most of my life. We have a gift to share with others and cannot keep from sharing the good news.”

Norma has one of the highest monthly Personal Group Volumes in the Ewing Organization; can you imagine just how many people have better health thanks to her efforts over the last 4 decades in sharing Shaklee products? And like us, she is creating a generational passion and purpose with Shaklee in her own growing family.
