CAROLYN, DON, & KEVIN SPARGUR: SENIOR LIFETIME MASTER COORDINATORS in Huntington Beach, California

Carolyn Spargur, Senior Lifetime Master Coordinator has been in Shaklee for 53 years. She was a single parent, raising 4 children, working 2 jobs and built one of the top Shaklee sales organizations. The November copy of her bonus check shows she has earned (since January of 2000) $8,980,053.76 and that’s not counting all the years of income from 1965 to 2000. Based on current income she is in the top 1% of women money earners in the country. How did she do that?

Carolyn: “I joined Shaklee as a distributor and was given the opportunity to become a messenger for the products, but it was the Dr. Shaklee philosophy, and his development of natural products that not only sustain life, but also protect our environment, that built my business. Invite your children to join you in your Shaklee business. It took years for my son Kevin to join our business. He left the corporate world to join me and I taught him how to successfully build in our business. Together we, utilizing his modern skillset and abilities, plan to make 2019 a record year for us.”

Kevin, Senior Master Coordinator, 2nd Generation:  “You know, Shaklee talks about being able to build a business that you can pass on to future generations, and we are proof that works. My mother Carolyn has built an organization that currently does just shy of 1,000,000 in OV A MONTH. It’s my task to replicate her hard work and double that! Fortunately she has been teaching me how to do that, and the best advice I can offer a second (or third, fourth, fifth…generation) is to listen and learn how your organization was built by the person who was successful in doing just that, building.  There is no need for me to reinvent the wheel so to speak. It’s really fun working alongside my mother, who never loses her Shaklee enthusiasm. I look forward to growing my mother’s legacy in Shaklee.”

We think of the Spargurs as cherished lifetime friends like family and colleagues. And we are blessed to have their story as part of our greater story. Here’s to a new year (or another year in their case) and new opportunities!
